Job Description:
  • Preparing Incentive earner list
  • Dispatch of stationeries – Visiting cards, Literature, Order book and other promotional material as directed by Product Manager
  • Follow up with Managers regarding Indent and submitting of the same to Production Manager
  • Outstanding, Collection analysis’ follow up with field staff. Submission of stats of collection on weekly basis to GM
  • Computing the Primary sales and Secondary (sale rupee) value and finalization of the same and submit the data to GM
  • Forwarding Pre-Primary (Indent) and Primary orders to respective concerned person
  • Preparation of sample allocation chart and follow up with Production Manager regarding dispatch of orders and samples
  • Correspondence and follow up regarding Imprest cash. Correspondence and follow up regarding Credit Notes. Keeping records of pending issues pertaining to expiry and return goods etc.
  • Correspondence and follow up with field staff and C&A/ Super Stockiest pertaining to non-receipt of documents such as 1) Invoice copies 2) Stock Statements 3) Outstanding Statement 4) Stock and Sales Statement of the Stockiest 5) Rolling Forecast 6) Indent
  • Co-ordinating with Accounts department for issuing Credit Notes
  • Calculation and preparation of field staff incentive and submission to GM
